SCHIMA Convention Attendee Room rates start at $149/night plus applicable taxes and fees, which includes complimentary made to order breakfast each day, as well as a two hour reception each evening from 5:30-7:30PM. Accommodations include two double beds or a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in each suite.  If you would like to come to Charleston before the Convention or stay into the weekend afterwards, the Convention room rate will be honored from July 24 through July 29, 2017 as space permits.

The room block closes June 25, 2017 or when the rooms are all sold, whichever comes first.  A deposit of one night's room rate and taxes/fees will be due at the time of booking.  The hotel cancellation policy is that you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the start of the reservation in order to receive your deposit back.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available to registered hotel guests for each night of your stay.   

 

Shuttle Ground Transportation

Airport Shuttle:  For those flying into Charleston International Airport, a complimentary hotel shuttle is available for ground transportation.

NASH Express: CARTA offers a very convenient daily shuttle service between the hotel to Downtown Charleston for $3.50 each way.

Restaurants and Shopping

The hotel has two restaurants within the building, as well as full room service.  

 

Tanger Outlets and approximately 40 restaurants are located directly across the street from the hotel, and are accessible via the complimentary hotel shuttle or by walking.
