Please note: If you plan to leave BEFORE the final vendor session after the luncheon on Friday, please let us know prior to the start of the Convention so that we may plan accordingly.

Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions
A limited number of Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to make a 10 minute presentation to the general session about their company's offerings throughout the convention. If you are interested, please select the "Spotlight Session" option in your registration so that we can schedule a session for you accordingly. Powerpoint presentations are great, but need to be sent in PRIOR to the Convention so they may be pre-loaded onto our technology.
Exhibitor Subject Matter Expert Presentation Proposals
Exhibitor subject matter experts are a rich part of our industry's intellectual capital, and we want you to share that knowledge. Proposals for presentations may be submitted to info@schima.org for consideration in the agenda by February 1, 2016. Presenters must be a participating Exhibitor during the event. Powerpoint and Prezi presentations are strongly preferred, and must be sent in by June 30, 2016 so they may be pre-loaded onto our technology and shared in handout format with our attendees electronically.
Accommodations
Exhibitors will make their arrangements for hotel accommodations directly with the hotel once the room via telephone (please mention the SCHIMA Annual Convention to get the conference rate) or web. Standard Room rates start at $149/night plus tax and fees for single/double occupancy.
Parking
The convention center offers daily self-parking spaces for registered hotel guests and event attendees in the hotel lot.
Logistics: Booth Space, Electrical and Shipping
Booth space includes covered and skirted 6ft tables with 2 chairs (NO pipe and drape). 110 electrical drops and wireless internet access are included in booth fee.
Exhibit shipments and materials may be sent directly to the hotel no more than three (3) days prior to the event. Shipments must have “SCHIMA 2017 Annual Convention” and the date of the event on the label. Shipping arrangements must be made and paid for solely by the vendor.
Should you require assistance in bringing in, setting up or tearing down your display, you as the vendor are required to contact the hotel directly to make arrangements for assistance.
Lunch on Us (Thursday, July 27, 2017)
Because it’s hard to get away for lunch, we will provide each exhibitor with up to two (2) lunches per company on Thursday, July 27, 2017. Additional lunches may be purchased by the exhibitor through SCHIMA prior to the event.
President’s Luncheon & Annual Business Meeting (Friday, July 28, 2017)
Exhibitors are welcome to attend the President’s Luncheon & Annual Business Meeting as space permits.
Attendance at General Sessions
Representatives are welcome to attend any general education sessions during the Convention as space permits. Participation is welcome and encouraged. CEs are available for any vendor requesting a certificate if they participate in the educational sessions.
Pre and Post-Convention Mailing Lists
Paid exhibitors will be provided with the pre-convention attendee roster after June 3, 2017 via e-mail for pre-convention marketing contacts. The post-convention attendee roster will then be provided for one-time use after the close of the Convention at the completion of a short online experience evaluation.
